Free Talk:
What is CORE Fascial Release?

18 November, 3pm - 5pm

Venue: Jari Jari Spa Training Academy , Kota Kinabalu

CORE Bodywork is a type of body therapy for deep tissue release, based on the work of Ida P. Rolf, PhD and modified by Noah Karrasch, BS Ed. LMT and advanced certified Rolfer. The basic concept is that gravity and trauma have weighed us down and tightened us up.
feel better and often report they are able to handle new stressors and traumas better.

Experiencing CORE Bodywork will free holding patterns in the connective tissue network of the body. The result is freedom, ease and release of pain. By applying subtle pressure to a held or stuck area, the CORE practitioner encourages the connective tissue to release and become more resilient — to flush out the trauma the body has stored.

Clients feel a greater breath capacity, freer range of motion, reduction of pain and an increase of energy. Posture improves, restrictions are dissolved and the body is aligned with (instead of against) gravity. Clients feel better and often report they are able to handle new stressors and traumas better.

PSOAS: STORER OF ALL STRESS
6 CEU points

26 JANUARY 2019
9am – 3pm (6 HOURS)
FEES: RF3100
VENUE: IRU STUDIO, MALE, MALDIVES

CORE II Intensive: Technique — In this course we review the five session recipe and spend most of the time on techniques to enhance the work.

Also included, Emotional Anatomy and more movement exercises.

Continuing the progression of learning that begins with CORE I, in CORE II we continue to work with the one session, one hour all purpose recipe for a session of generic, good-for-what-ails-you bodywork. In addition, we spend quality time learning specific CORE techniques that enhance the learning of that recipe.

We’ll also visit emotional anatomy, seated backwork, and review a bibliography of related readings that support the CORE philosophy. CORE I and II are pre-requisite to learning the CORE III and IV five series of five sessions.

Installments are accepted. Please email elizabeth@ourbodyspace.com or whatsapp 0173954894 for more details.
