We LOVE meditation! Living and working in the city can be so stressful, that we easily lose focus and forget to breathe properly. OurBodySpace is currently offering meditation in Kuala Lumpur. We come together to sit in silence and to practice deeper breathing. Sometimes we also sit with beautiful music played live in our space. This group session is beneficial because it calms and centers the mind, especially if you are going through life's challenges or just want to find peace despite the chaos and/or heartbreak. Relax and re-energize your mind, body and soul.

In Vinyasa Flow, you will be treated to an energizing yet smooth sequence of yoga poses that is synchronized to the breath. Each class is unique, vigorous and revitalizing! No matter the level, you will feel refreshed.and recharged.

For those who want to break a sweat and are serious about playing hard. As the name suggests, this vinyasa-esque session is a no-nonsense yoga style yet still very satisfying. You will be back for more. Power up, ladies and gents.
Gentle, flow... and far from easy
Suitable for those with little or no yoga experience or practitioners who simply prefer a more gently paced flow.
For the love of the new mummies
The aim of this session is to gather a group of mothers-to-be and mothers who wish to share with other women their experience of pregnancy, labour and childbirth, as well as breastfeeding and their early years of motherhood. In addition, we will encourage a conscious bond between mother and baby in womb through meditation, breathing and pregnancy yoga practice.

Pilates takes its name from Joseph Pilates (born.1883) who devised it as a new approach to exercise in the early 20th century. In OurBodySpace group classes, we offer pilates on a mat. You are in for a workout that strengthens, tones your body, improve your condition, physicality or state of mind to a better place than before.
