CORE II Intensive: Technique — In this course we review the five session recipe and spend most of the time on techniques to enhance the work. Also included, Emotional Anatomy and more movement exercises.
Continuing the progression of learning that begins with CORE I, in CORE II we continue to work with the one session, one hour all purpose recipe for a session of generic, good-for-what-ails-you bodywork. In addition, we spend quality time learning specific CORE techniques that enhance the learning of that recipe. We’ll also visit emotional anatomy, seated backwork, and review a bibliography of related readings that support the CORE philosophy.

CORE I and II are pre-requisite to learning the CORE III and IV five series of five sessions.

His philosophy of effective and safe Bodywork that Coaxes Order and Restores Energy offers massage therapists and other bodyworkers the opportunity to work with their clients in a new and efficient way.  Practitioners conserve their own energy and find the method easier on their body while clients are empowered to take a more active role in their treatment.

CORE Bodywork facilitates change in a Direct, Deep and Dynamic manner.

This course will be taken by Pamela Martin BSc DARM CST RMT. Pam is one of 6 CORE Fascial Release Instructors worldwide. Her fascination with fascia was sparked in 2001 and has been fanned by Noah since 2009.
