Overview
This workshop seeks to introduce the basic principles and techniques, providing foundational knowledge to students wishing to experience the autonomy of self-massage and stretching.�

Utilizing foam rollers, trigger balls and other SMR tools, students will be actively engaged in exercises that promote key mind-body connections, thereby helping students understand their bodies better.

Workshop Programme*
Introduction to fascia and body mechanics. Readiness for activity. 
Basic SMR techniques. Pre and post workout routines.

Workshop Facilitator
Cheah Su Lin is a Certified Personal Trainer with the American Council on Exercise (ACE) with continuing training and education in Functional Movement, Self-Myofascial Release and CORE I Fascial Release

Workshop equipment provided: Foam rollers and trigger balls will be available for use during the workshop. However, participants who have their own personal equipment are encouraged to bring them.
Participants to wear/bring: Comfortable exercise clothes which allow free movement, own towel/s, change of clothes as needed.�
