About FasciaMoves

FacsiaMoves is a unique practice of movement that energises our body’s connective tissues and builds mobility, function and resilience. A programme comprising simple yet exploratory flows and lengthening moves using tools such as the foam roller, FasciaMoves is designed to promote effective breathing, engage mind-body connections and over time, develop range of motion and core strength.

Come experience a taste of FasciaMoves in a FREE session on Saturday 28 April 2018, an introduction of our regular classes which will commence in May 2018.

Suitable for beginners. Participants will be working from their individual levels of ability and guided progressively as appropriate.


· Attire: Comfortable workout clothing that allow free movement is recommended. Movement work will be with barefeet.· Additional equipment: Personal foam rollers (or trigger balls if available) are requested as a limited number are available at OBS. Workout mats will be available.

· Participation numbers: As this session involves floor work and close interaction with the trainer, the number of participants are limited to a maximum of 10 (ten). In the event of walk-ins, priority will be given to those who have pre-registered for the session.

About Su Lin Cheah

Su Lin is a Certified Personal Trainer with the American Council on Exercise (ACE) with certifications in Active Aging Fitness, Functional Training, Self-Myofascial Release (SMR) and most recently CORE I Fascial Release.

Su Lin is a passionate advocate of the importance of fascia in overall wellness and periodically conducts public workshops to further educate on fascia and practices in self-care. As a fitness coach, she incorporates self-myofascial release techniques to assist clients in her private coaching practice and also offers, by appointment, individual myofascial release sessions. A self-styled movement coach, Su Lin creates programmes with practical applications in daily life across the lifespan.
