Badasana Series: Yoga With Weights Master Class


OurBodySpace is pleased to host a 90-minute Master class with the founder of the BadAsana Series: Yoga with Weights on Saturday 13 April at 12-1:30pm.

Integrating 1, 2 and 3 KG weights into a vinyasa flow practice this class:

  • Explores the foundational principles of the practice

  • Informs how and when to include weights in the asana

  • Highlights the importance of breath and proper alignment throughout the practice

  • Demonstrates how to integrate modifications that support pre-existing injuries as well as how weight integration helps to build strength and stamina

Upon conclusion of the class, there will be a short introduction about the upcoming 30-hour training immersion scheduled to take place 17 to 19 May 2019.

This master series especially welcomes those who already have a consistent asana practice.
