OurBodySpace is pleased to host a 90-minute Master class with the founder of the BadAsana Series: Yoga with Weights on Saturday 13 April at 12-1:30pm.
Integrating 1, 2 and 3 KG weights into a vinyasa flow practice this class:
Explores the foundational principles of the practice
Informs how and when to include weights in the asana
Highlights the importance of breath and proper alignment throughout the practice
Demonstrates how to integrate modifications that support pre-existing injuries as well as how weight integration helps to build strength and stamina
Upon conclusion of the class, there will be a short introduction about the upcoming 30-hour training immersion scheduled to take place 17 to 19 May 2019.
This master series especially welcomes those who already have a consistent asana practice.
