Stacey Lau, resident 200HR yoga instructor from OurBodySpace.

Come join her to explore a series of fun and strong foundational drills to help you feel the power of flipping upside down & choosing to see the world from a new perspective.

In this workshop, we will start with approximately 40mins of yoga flow which includes the foundational poses and alignments to develop safe and confidence of being upside down. Then follow by a series of strengthening drills to boost up your physical and mental confidence in controlling your stability and gracefullness of this new perspective.

All levels are welcome. Just need an adventourous attitude to come play.
