Get to know the essentials of Airo Yoga and create a solid foundation for your future Airo Yoga practice.

The three-hour back-to-basics workshop will teach you everything that you need to know when it comes to the fundamentals of Airo Yoga.

This will also be the last introduction workshop that the creator Natalie will host, before handing over the reins to her teachers!

AY is fresh and playful spin on aerial yoga with traditional yoga philosophies. Designed for the modern-day yogi, Airo combines the elements of yoga, Pilates, inversions, and acrobatic play as a path towards mindfulness.

This is a great opportunity to practice with Natalie, to move through the set sequences, explore the basic poses in more depths and to find mindfulness through Play!

Open to all levels, Airo Yoga is perfect for both yogis and non-yogis, fitness fanatics to gym dabblers, ravers to ecstatic dancers, and even vegans to meat eaters. Curiosity is the first step to exploration. Join us and let’s get ready to play and explore!
