Kuala lumpur is a very fast city, I can defiantly relate to that as growing in a fast city that never go to sleep.
In this environment we are always on the run and don’t remember to stop for a second and let go.
In this Yin workshop we will dive deeper into yin poses that support the meridian of both Kidney yin and Lung yin - the organ that is mostly harmed from a busy, stressed and overly “yangi” lifestyle.
Using guided imagry and Yin philosophy we will learn how to deal with uncomfortable situations by simply letting go.
Amber is a young aspiring Yoga Teacher. She started practicing yoga in 2011, and since then have practiced daily. She is passionate about the authentic teachings and practices, inspired by Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Iyneger and Yin.
Amber aspires to learn as much as she can, from all styles, teachings and technics regarding to yoga and meditation, in order to create a great toolbox to help herself and others in any situation and stage. She sees yoga as a spiritual way to use the physicality in order to tap deeper into our souls, and clear the mind while healing our bodies. She practice it daily on and off the mat.
In addition, Amber is a traveler, she left traveling over 5 years ago, and fell in love with the beauty of untouched destinations, different cultures and ethnic groups.
She delves into the eastern wisdom and uses this philosophy and ancient texts in her teachings.
